Weighing
1. Select the desired weighing unit .
2. If necessary, press ZERO to obtain a
zero reading on the display.
3. Place the object(s) to be weighed on
the load receiver.
4. Wait for the stability indicator to ap-
pear before reading the weight.

Taring
When weighing material or objects that
must be held in a container, taring en-
ables the indicator to save the container
weight in memory, separate from the
weight of the material in the container.
The I150 permits you to set tare values in
two ways as explained in the following
examples.

1. Place an empty container on the load
receiver, and read its weight on the
display. Notice that the GROSS indi-
cator is ON.
2. Press TARE.

Example
When the display becomes stable, it
will show zero and the NET indicator
will be ON. The container’s weight is
stored in memory.
3. Add the material to be weighed to the
container. As material is added its
net weight will be displayed.
