SYMPTOM

Unit will not turn on.

Cannot rezero indicator,

or will not re-zero when

turned on.

Center of Zero display in-

dicator erratic or does not

appear with no load on

load receiver.

Cannot display weight in

desired weighing unit.

Cannot display setup pa-

rameters or weight read-

ings for second load re-

ceiver.

Unit will not change weight

reading.

REMEDY

Check power cord con-

nections. Power indica-

tor light should be lit.

Remove load on load re-

ceiver to less than en-

tered zero %.

Change allowable zero %

in “ZERO” parameter of

setup submenu.

Remove disturbances or

reduct motion.

Increase averaging level

in “A.L.” parameter of

scale submenu.

Enable desired unit (see

section on SCALE SUB-

MENU).

Only KG and LB are avail-

able when LFT is set to

ON.

Select “duAL” for “PLAtF”

parameter of setup sub-

menu.

Check connections for

second load receiver.

Select proper load re-

ceiver.

PROBABLE CAUSE(S)

Power cord not plugged

in or properly connected.

Load on load receiver ex-

ceeds allowable zero %

entered in “ZERO” pa-

rameter of setup sub-

menu.

Retain set to ON and re-

called zero value is not

equal to current load.

Load receiver motion or

disturbances exceed cen-

ter of zero criteria.

Desired unit not set to ON

in “SELECt” parameter of

scale submenu.

“PLAtF” parameter of

setup submenu is set to

“SingLE”, or second plat-

form is not properly con-

nected.

I150 is set for dual load

receiver operation. Cor-

rect load receiver not se-

lected.
